WHAT'S YOUR THEME SONG?
For example, Stacey said this about her own question, "I have a friend who has had two songs playing in her head all the time...for most of her life. We've talked about it a couple of times and I began to wonder what the theme song of my life was. It didn't take to long to find it. Robin Hood:Prince of Thieves.
Maybe its because RHPOT was the first instrumental music I really got into, or maybe its because I became obsessed with the french horn for a year because of it, or maybe its because I'm nutty but most moments of my life fit in with a piece of music from that movie. The theme of course, but I often find myself running to the chase music when I work out, the creepy dungeon music comes up when someone or something scares me.
With that being said...what is yours?

EYE OF THE TIGER
"...dun...dun..dun..dun. dunt...dun...dun...dunnnnn...rising up back on the streets took my time took my chances..."
I used to be a competitive swimmer up until college and I would listen to this song on my walkman ALL the time. I thought I was pretty TOUGH stuff. I still do, but for different reasons. D makes us all stronger...I don't know anyone who could do it like we do ladies...it is a nonstop marathon!
LOL fun post!!
Okay- the only thing that comes to mind for me, are two songs that I play in my mind. One is when I'm going to work out, when I just enter the gym or get going on the treadmill, etc. It's the song from the movie "Rocky" LOL!! The other one is when ever I'm trying something on, that I know will most likely be too tight, or just fit. I have this built in coping mechanism, where I sing the "big butts" song in my head. It always makes me laugh. I turn sideways and think, yep there's a big butt!!
Mine is an OLD Tom Petty Song "I won't back down" - pretty much fits me to a tee. Whenever I get my knickers in a twist, this is my internal soundtrack reminding me to saddle up and get ready to ride!
What a great question!! I have been thinking about this for a day or so and I have still not come up with my perfect song...but I will.
We do however have one for Kaylee..."Itty bitty" by Alan Jackson.
I don't know what my song is, but Audrey has a song. It's the tarzan song, "Just stop your cryin it'll be alright. Just take my hand and hold it tight..." When she was a baby we made a slide show of her pictures with that song. The other day we were at the store and it came on the radio and she got all excited and said, "Mommy, mommy, it's my song!" I thought it was interesting because she probably hasn't even seen her slide show in the last year! It's amazing how music can stick with us.
P.s. You didn't tell us what your's is Shamae.
