This QOTD has some selfish motives behind it. We are getting family pictures taken next week by the lovely and talented Jen. Last year we did a black and red theme. Click HERE to see last years pics. I am leaning toward just doing that again because I know it works with the beautiful fall leaves. Plus it works for our Christmas cards. But my question is this: Do any of you guys have any thoughts on colors we should wear? What might work and make us look good? My hair is different this year too. Right now it is much, much lighter than last year. And we are getting them done outdoors with the lovely fall leaves.

I think chocolate brown would be nice w/ the fall colors. Blue also is a compliment color to Orange(leaves) and definitely play nicely with your family's eyes. GL w/ the decison.
If I get a say....go for brown! You all have light hair and light skin and it would look GORGEOUS with the leaves!!!! Plus, I can do just about anything you want for your Christmas card....it doesn't have to be red and green you know! :) I have some awesome brown trees that would look lovely on your card! :) I am sure whatever you guys wear will be adorable, because you guys always are!!!
The girls look SO CUTE in the red! But I think navy would be nice too. :)
I say different shades of brown...you know -- kind of the same, but not...

The red and black pictures were gorgeous but I'd switch things up this year. I always love pictures with jeans and white shirts. Could work with any weather and the beautiful fall colors would show up really nicely next to the white.
All girls look good in coral. Yellows, creams...something softer against the browns and reds in the background.
But really...you have two cute girls!! You could put them in anything and they'd make the picture great!!
Can't wait to see them!
